The salon owner is very nice and makes you feel comfortable and probably does well. The customer service from a "make you feel good and special" was above par, they are great and personable. As far as the skill and quality of service it is probably about average. I called before to ask what type of products they used and he assured me they were "healthy" and I asked not to bleach my hair...Instead of lifting the roots they put on a double blonde then a toner. Well, the toner (red) took to the double blonde obviously and not to the ends of my hair. My hair is naturally an ash blonde and now the roots are warm and the ends are ash and there is a hard growth line and with all of the different colors the contrast makes my roots look grey. I called right after my appt to let them know it wasn't what I was looking for and I was traveling home for Holiday so I needed to fix it before i left and I was told to wash it a few times with no follow up. Unfortunately, you cant wash out a double blonde process.... I got this service on a groupon but still paid over $100.00 so in retrospect I should have waited to see my stylist back home whom I know would have done a fabulous job.
